Need some direction on where to buy some missing parts for an agriculture drone.

Hi. I bought a parts kit for a EFT E616P drone that was being sold as is and the guy I hired to build it seems to to have noticed alot of missing parts. I wanted to get some direction on where to go to resolve this.

The basic list for the parts are as followed:

Camera 4pin power plug
10 yyellow small power plugs(female
1 can hub 121 k==hub jiyz
1 leveler for the fans1
RTK JICI

I've included the pictures of the conversation I had with the tech guy I hired to build the drone. I can't upload more than 10 pictures so right now i'll have to make do. I can post a second comment with the rest of the pictures if the forums give me the go ahead.
