Hi guys,

I have had my hubsan x4 led version for a while now and I'm getting pretty good. I'm thinking of upgrading soon and want to know if anyone knows any good ones for about $100-$400

Ps. What does Rtf and Bnf mean

Thanks .

Hi Wil, ok RTF ( ready to fly has a transmitter so you only need to charge battery and go crash sorry fly ) if it was a heli then i would not fly it till stripped and rebuilt, BNF Bind and fly you need a transmitter ARF almost ready to fly needs items like receiver and battery PNF power and fly normally needs just a battery
As you have had the hubsan so you dont have a transmitter, i would look at the RTF nano qx its a real beast very fast

Thanks
My hubsan did have a transmitter and the blade nano looks very good.
Think I'll purchase myself one

Hi what i ment was you dont have a transmitter like the spektrum , or futuba, , If your going to buy a transmitter like the Spektrum go for 6 channels min , the spektrum will fly all the blade quads and helis plus others lines off the horizon hobby line , but you can add a receiver to a home made quad so you can use the spektrum transmitter for ever
The hubsan protocol works only on that model

Hi mate depends on how much you want to spend , are you just doing quads or helis as well ?
If just quads DX6I ,DX6, DX7S Dx6i and Dx7s can be a good buy second hand
If helis too DX8, DX9 , Dx8 can be found second hand Dx9 will be new £300
the transmitter will also work with Phoenix flight sim and this has free updates for life so buy once and your always have the latest flight sim
