Hi mate good list the escs can be flashed with simonk code makes them work better on quads , as for props plastic as ok just to learn on carbon fibre are more stable and dont snap in flight due to stress, go to this site it will tell you all you need to know about the fcb and pc software
on the battery if 3 cell 5000mah if 4 cell 4000mah min
