motors tick for half second...

I'm trying to calibrate the ESCs I connect the battery and have MASTER key MAXIMUM but it doesn't make the right sound with song...
when I play a little with throttle and all that the motors spin for like half and stop and that is repeated every 3-5 seconds.When this happens ,they all spin the right way . I got 20 Amp ESCs and i use 4s battery which is just fine..Already checked and re-solder all connections but i just don't see what's wrong .Is there some problem with ESCs?

What ESCs and flight controller are you using?

ESCs: Favourite 20A opto pro LITTLE BEE

Go into the receiver tab of Betaflight and make sure your throttle is functioning properly, sounds like it needs to be reversed.

I don't think it's that.I don't need to mount the receiver in order to calibrate ESCs plus already checked ...any other suggestions??
