motors shuttering

i need some advice. this is the probulem . 250 frame 12 amp blheli with bec. four e max 2300 kv motors. kk2 board.was using a cc3d board but switched to see if that was the trouble. no luck there. all motors spinning in right direction. now when the props are off all four motors spin up.at the same time.when i put the props on maybe one will spin the other three just shutter no matter how much throttle i give it. i have trying to solve this proublem for about a month. i google and google but no results. so if any one has any ideas i would very happy to here thanks in advance.
 
I'm having the same trouble. I have connectors on all wires and only have one motor spinning up while one doesn't do anything and two motors just click. I'm going to desolder one motor and solder it direct to the ESC and if that works I'll do it to all four motors, but I'm skeptical that solder connections could be so poor on three motors.
 
Hi guys motor stutter is normal the phasing ,motors are 3 phase if one has bad connection it will stutter , also may be worth looking at motor timing in the ESC if you have a program card
 
I switched my motors around on different esc's and they did the same thing so I tried new motors and some of them worked. I am going to send back to my supplier three motors that would only chatter.
 
Hi mate its not unheard of , I have a spare good motor and spare good ESC just for testing , Emax motors are normally good , see if you can get sunnysky or cobra motors
