motors in the Arming mode does not spinning at the same speed

Hi, everyone!
I have a problem and I need help, please!
when the transmitter sends signals , ARMING mode is activated the motors are rotating but not spinning at the same speed
I use Full Naze 32 rev6 flight controller , cleanflight firmware and turnigy 9x RC.

Hi mate have you calibrated the ESCs , there I am sure is a way to adjust the motors so they all start at the same start point , take a look at Brians youtube page painless 360 he has done a full cleanflight set on a quad
