Motors / batteries question

I'll use MJX Bugs3 as an example, but the question actually means to apply universally...…..
Battery flight time : approx. 12-15 minutes.
Alerts : Controller will beep when drone battery is low.

Question :
After changing with a fresh battery, should I fly the drone right away, or should I let the motors rest a bit first?
Similarly, if I have 3 batteries for the same drone, will it hurt the motors if I use the 3 batteries, one after the other without resting the motors? We are talking at least 30 minutes flight time.

*** adding : perhaps, answer is different between brushed and brushless motors?

You hit the nail on the head when you commented that the difference between brushed and brushless. With brushed motors, you should them a break for a couple minutes before flights as they'll be a little toasty. If you're quad is using brushless motors you don't have to worry. Just switch out the battery and send it!

Yah agree nothing to worry about really with brushless. Academically speaking the motor wires will build up some heat over the course of a run depending on how much current is going through them and how resistive the winding wire is and the increase in heat will slightly increase resistance but imagine the time for them to dissipate the heat they build up isn't really that long and the added resistance probably isn't enough to be highly noticeable. If you "punch out" into the air quickly for long enough you can create a lot of voltage sag (as amperage increases the battery output voltage will dip and recover) which will create more drastic of a change in the power than the small increase in heat in most cases.
