Hey guys, can you help me fix wiring of a motor?
2 of 3 wires were ripped off, I don't know where should I solder it, should black one be second?

It's bugs 3 mini

You won't damage anything by getting the phase wires out of order. If the motor goes backwards you just want to swap 2 of the three, the motor should be spinning same direction as the one diaganol to it. In general these motors are only like $10-20 so usually I just end up replacing rather than repairing it can be done but the enamel coating on the motor wires makes them difficult to work on if the original leads are gone entirely.

Yah jumps like that are cause one of the three isn't making a good connection so with 2/3 it's able to sort of get the rotor spinning but misses firing the third set every time and eventually causes it to get pulled backwards to a stop instead of being pulled towards the next set of electromagnets but at this point probably would also just replace to not play guessing game on which one of the three is not great easy to connect them when have leads you can easily tin/coat with solder before making the connection to wires going to esc(s)

Only other reason I could see this happening is if the esc had one of its three sets of MOSFETs used to control power to the motor isn't working as intended but fresh new motor helps to eliminate that possibility (or if have the time can try swapping over one of the other motors to make sure esc is good and just a problem with that motors connection or otherwise shot)

That makes sence, one of the wires was too short to make a good contact.

Also I understood why there are three, not 2 standart +\- wires thank you for your information.
I will buy a new motor insead of wasting time
