Mode1/2 motors arm on wrong stick

Hi all,
I am new to quads but have been flying r/c planes on & off for some years.
I have just purchased a secondhand 450 quad rtf & first thing I had to do was change the 9xr tx to mode 2 (throttle now on left) & then change mode in tx settings.
All seemed fine but when I want to arm motors I can only do so by holding the right tx stick (ele/ail) to the bottom right to acrivate & bottom left to disarm.
Have checked tx settings & all is in mode 2.
Do I need to make changes to apm 2.6 now I have changed tx mode?

What flight controller do you use? You probably need to go in to the config for your FC and swap the channel inputs..
 
Hi mate I will second that, most FCB you can change the arm inputs to match the mode your flying

Controller is Apm 2.6
Resolved the issue by swapping channels in 9xr tx list, now arms fine on left stick.
