I have just bought my first drone bugs 4w 4k cam and I have no problem connecting to the drone hotspot. But when I launched the Bugs Go app, I keep getting the "Aircraft not connected" message.

may anyone please assist me with that if you can. I tried it on iPhone 7plus and Samsung a30s, with no luck

I would really appreciate your assistance
