Just bought a low cost drone

To see if I could "operate" a drone, I bought a UDI U818A 2.4GHz 4 CH 6 Axis Gyro RC Quadcopter.

It only costs $60 and seems to work 'ok'. I have two questions: 1. I'm having a problem getting it to hover in one spot, even though I'm keeping (trying) the direction "stick" steady. Is this usual or is it that I need more practice? 2. Is there a UDI U818A section on the forum?

Nice quad! You will have a blast with it :)

You will have to manually keep that one in the spot you want. You would need one with gps to have the capability to position hold automatically.
