I'm a beginner working on my first quad and I've encountered a problem with the receiver. I am using a Turnigy 9X for tx/rx and an Arduino Mega for flight controls. The problem I'm having is that when the joysticks on the transmitter are in the neutral position the signals values (which represent the length in microseconds of the pwm pulse) are a bit inconsistent. Each one varies in the range of 100 microseconds, and I believe it should be closer to 20. I need it to be smaller so the controls can be more precise. I've been trying to fix this on my own so far but since I'm relatively new to this I figured I would post here to ask: Is this a common problem and/or there some obvious solution that I'm not seeing?
