so started my first build this week and everything went fairly smooth getting it all together fired it up give it a bit of throttle an it just flips instantly!my motors and props are all spinning and installed right so i connect it up to base flight to see whats up i think i found two issues. 1) with my copter connected and tx on my yaw signal is up in the 2ks an if i try to trim it out but it only drops to 18oos but as soon as i turn it off it drops to 1500 which is where it should be correct? 2) when am looking at the motors response with the tx. i give it i bit a throttle motors 1 an 4 spin up at 1063 but 2 an 3 jump up .if i turn the tx off an use the master switch they operate normally. i was thinking that the crazy yaw signal is causing the motor issue. am running a fly sky fs-t6 with a fs-r6b pwm mode with 20amp afro flight esc and 2300kv motors with a naze32 rev 5 all on a 18o frame. any help would be greatly appreciated

This video was a huge help to me. Go through it step-by-step, the answer's probably in here.

Also sounds like you need to calibrate your ESCs. It's very simple, just did a set an hour a go and it only takes a few minutes. It's important to begin with your battery unplugged
1) Turn on your transmitter
2) Pull the plug from the throttle port on your receiver
3) Pull the plug from ESC 1 that's plugged into motor 1 port on your Naze and plug it into the throttle port of your receiver.
4) Push the throttle stick on your transmitter up to full throttle
5) Plug your battery in, you'll hear your motor sing a song, and then stop. Full throttle is now calibrated
6) Within 2 seconds, drop your throttle stick down to zero throttle, motor will sing another song and stop. Your ESC is now calibrated.
7) Repeat for ESCs 2, 3 and 4

All your ESCs are calibrated and your motors will start up and run at the same speed.

Here's the video:

So the calibration didn't work unfortunately after. after watching the video I tried adjusting my yaw through the end points on my tx 100% down to 5% on channel 4 which brought yaw down to 1500. motors all responded to my throttle now their sporadic but responding but as soon as I shut everything down an power back up the motor won't spin back up until I bring my end point back up to 100% an back to only two motors responding to throttle

Are your RX inputs properly set up? Does the Channel Map show as AETR in CF?

Yea I triple checked my connections an Yea it's set up on a aetr map. I have a esc programmer coming today hoping it will help my issue

Same thing happened to me and it was my flight controller was not facing forward which is perfectly fine but you will need to adjust it in baseflight or cleanflight. In my case I had to adjust it 180 degrees.
