I, for one, welcome our new robotic flying hexapod overlords

As reported by Gizmodo, the team over at Mad Lab Industries managed to connect the six-legged robot with a quadcopter. The resulting creation will surely doom us all, or at least, pick up small objects off the ground while hovering several feet in the air.

Nice! This thing is creepy when it walks. If this is what we're doing now, I can't even imagine what kind of cool quads will be built in the rest of 2013!
