I can't get full stick movement

Hi I'm new to these quadcopters I have the quad linked up to the NASA software and I can't get full stick movement to a calibration..
Not sure what happened but I was getting full stick movement the day before.

Hi Shane what transmitter do you have , if it programmable go it to setting at look at servo travel make sure its 100% also check that the duel rate switch has not be knocked on by mistake , if all if fine on here let me know and i will look at naza software for you and see where you have gone wrong

The radio I have is sanwa RDS8000 I,l check that out as soon as I get back

Hi I seen a guy sell a DX7s online so I just pick that up got it for €130 can you give me any tips on setting the gain it's vibration a lot when it's in the air
