Hubsan X4 drifting to right

So I recently got the x4 new LED version without camera. It has been flying okay, but it drifts to the right dramatically all of a sudden. For it to be slightly stable, i have to set the trim almost all the way to the left. I tried to recalibrate the accelerometer, as well as doing the paper shims that the manual recommends. Any idea how to fix this?
 
Hi mate could be 2 things fluff between motor top and prop or if its had a lot of flights and hard knocks the motors may be failing
 
Sorry for taking so long to respond. I switched the propellers around (red props to front, black to rear) and also replaced the transmitter batteries. Turns out the transmitter was dying so that might have caused it. But, it flies fine now, but just in case I got a pack of extra motors when they do eventually fail.
