How to set the setting to fly

Hello, i have a problem with compability with my HobbyKing Multi-Rotor Control Board V2.1 (Atmega168PA) and my Turnigy Evolution Digital AFHDS 2A Radio Control System w/TGY-iA6C Receiver White Mode 2 i have a quadrocopter. How I should set the settings when I put propulsion little bit up only one of the four motors starts spinning and when I put propulsion full up all motors starts spinning but each motor with different speed. Thanks.

You just need to do a simple ESC calibration. With PROPS OFF and battery unplugged:

-Turn your transmitter on and put throttle stick to full
-plug your battery in (don't worry, your motors won't spin up) You will hear a series of beeps, as soon as they are done, quickly drop your throttle stick back to zero and you'll hear another series of beep

That's it! Your ESCs are now calibrated and your motors should run properly

I calibrated it but one of motors is little bit with lower speed then others :D. It's my first quadcopter so I'm sorry for no experience.
