How to do the wiring of my new drone

the pi is runnig computer vision programs that decides the trajectory of the drone, and it sends movement commands to the naze32 via usb
There was a guy who had a thread, who wanted to operate multiple drones.
With something like what you have but I don't think he got much help. That's a little different. We can build the drones but programming stuff is niche.
We can only pass on what we know or what we think we know. And we can't make you listen. Such is life.

So you access the naze through the pi.?
And can use flight program cleanflight or betaflight. Because if not,you need to put the pi in a uart(oven) so you can access cleanflight through the usb.
It's crude but you could run an fcb off the balance plug of a lipo but you would need a dedicated socket to plug in every battery. NOT ADVISED though. Without a multimeter & knowledge you may use the 7.4v next to it. If you use a 4S Lipo you can inadvertently put 11.v into a 5v circuit.
