HOW DO YOU UPDATE YOUR SITE AVATAR?

Click on your username on the top blue bar. When the box opens, click on your username again. Now you can click on your avatar and edit it

That's how I've been trying to do this, but I keep getting a" server problem" prompt and I think it's because this site is not a "secure" site. Thanks though. HP:)

Try throwing HTTPS in the address bar. I had to change my "most visited sites" shortcut from http to https.

OK, tried that and still no luck. I'll have to check my "settings", maybe I've got something turned off or on, that's giving me fits. I'm kinda computer "stupid" at times! Thanks anyway.
HP:rolleyes:

Might try this link. An extension might be preventing it. You could try opening a different browser like google chrome or firefox and trying it.

Here's the link, just in case: https://quadcopterforum.com/account/avatar
I'm using "Google Chrome", but when I select my pic and hit"OK", it gives me a prompt that says "server problem, try back later". Never had an issue with any other site I used an avatar on. Soooooooo....?? Thanks again everyone! HP

I'm looking at those errors now. The host moved us to an upgraded server and a couple of things changed. Working through it with them now and I'll update the thread.

Try now and let me know if it's fixed. When they upgraded the performance of our virtual server, they moved us to a new account that was on an older OS with older php versions for some reason. I just went through and re-upgraded everything and added all of the necessary extensions.

The prompt I'm getting is "A server error occurred, try again later". I get that after I hit the"okay" button. As mentioned before, all my Avatar's on other sites, have uploaded. Thanks again for helping with this issue, not a big deal, just curious as to why. HP:(

Still getting the same error message at this time, Sorry. HP:(

Ah, I see the error on the back end now. Let me look into it further and I'll post again.

Thanks!

Mike

I think I had to use "Edge" to do this.

Since they clipped the avatars round, I guess I need to do it again.

Trust me with a drone?
