Hello!
I use UK243B's USB test application KEVIEW to perform compliance test on my circuit board CYSUB3014-BZXC,
In the device TX test, the oscilloscope cannot obtain any waveform from CysB3014.
Because I have tried the compliance test on the USB flash drive (mass storage disk), the result is ok,
I guess the problem lies in the settings of CYUB3014.
What should I do to make CYUSB3014 ready for compliance testing?
Should I change the firmware or do something through FPGA?
This is the information of CYUSB3014-BZXC on my board:
1. The firmware is SlaveFIFoSync
2. Connect from FIFO interface (GPIF II) to FPGA (altera)
The following are the steps of the device TX compliance test:
1. Install the board and download the firmware to CYUSB3014
2. Connect the USB connector on the board to the test fixture (KEYVIEW) and upload the picture
3. Run TX test software (U7243B of KEYVIEW)
4. Disconnect the test fixture and reset CYUSB3014 (as required by the software)
5. Download the firmware to CYUB3014, connect the test fixture and wait for a valid waveform.
Then, the oscilloscope cannot get any waveforms.
By the way, I also tried to control the FPGA to send data to the device, and the result was the same.
