since I couldn't find batteries for my most excellent HS 700E I got one of these. I didn't do my homework and figured this would just be a new and improved 720. nope.
much smaller and less stable.
I still have to do the rotation witch doctor stuff to get it going.
it's an okay unit, but I think next year I'll go back to something bigger. I go mostly around wetlands and wind is an issue.
curse Holystone for not making more batteries for the 700. this will be a factor in whatever I buy next.
(and no, the 700 and 720 batteries are not interchangeable. I tried.)
