Here is goes - ready to start ordering parts! Thoughts here?

So I'm ready to start my first build and I've been researching a variety of combinations.

My goal: I'm preparing to work with students and our location is a very cool campground that we have just for our programs. I'm aiming to build a quadcopter so I can fly over and capture the 50+ acres. I also want to be able to give students the ability to see the flight so my first thought was a monitor (as opposed to goggles). I want to be able to modify and upgrade it's capabilities later so I've gone the route of the PIxHawk 4. I would like to have a separate camera setup later where a student could control the gimbal and view the scenery on an additional monitor so that's a goal I'd like to add to at some point.

Here's what I've selected so far and I'm open to suggestions as to better part choices! I've chosen to start with some of the main components from HolyBro to minimize trying to bring parts from so many sources. Am I missing anything obvious that would prevent me going from start to finish? I enjoyed watching the lengthy tutorial on Udemy by Peter Dalmaris (Drone Build) and gained the confidence to get started. However, by the time I was ready I see that many of the components have been replaced by newer parts. So now I'm bringing together an updated list!

From HolyBro:
X500 Kit 915mHz (HolyBro website) $470
  • X500 Frame full carbon fiber twill
  • Pixhawk 4 autopilot
  • Power Management PM07
  • Pixhawk4 GPS
  • Motors - 2216 KV880
  • Propeller 1045
  • 915MHz Telemetry Radio
  • Power and Radio Cables
  • Battery Straps
  • ESC - Tekko32 F3 4in1 ESC(45A) $56 (HolyBro website)
Transmitter - Flysky FS-i6 6CH 2.4GHz + iA6 receiver $54 (Amazon) I understand that a firmware update can increase it to 10 channels. Or perhaps this transmitter - RadioLink AT10ll $160 (Amazon)

Camera - RunCam Hybrid 4K 30fps FOV 145 Degree HD $90 (Amazon) Thoughts on this route?
Monitor - Skyzone HD02 40CH 5.8G 7 Inch 1024x600 $106 (Banggood site) Is this $156 option any good?
Video Transmitter - Flysight Black Mamba 5.8Ghz 2W FPV Vtx Transmitter 2000mW FPV Long Range $49 (Amazon) Is this overkill? Is there a better option?

Battery (2) - HRB 4S Lipo $49 each (Amazon - Battery link)
Battery Charger - SkyRC $49 (Amazon)

Suggestions for a camera setup with a gimbal?

I think this is the bulk of it. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Well this is a bit disappointing, I put all the info together and laid it out as best possible and 24 hours later still no comments because it hasn't been approved. It's time to order parts. Suggestions are still welcome, especially on the camera, monitor, and battery needs. Thanks
