So i build my tricopter http://www.instructables.com/id/Inexpensive-Wooden-Tri-copter/

And i connected everything flashed the board connect the battery attempted to lif of aaaaaaannnnddd..... nothing...

And now the receiver fried.....

The receiver fried? What receiver are you using? How do you know it's fried?

Well i assume it did since smoke came out of it and it stopped working :/

but i got a new one still doesnt work so i tryed to flash the board again but i get an error
its says : avrdude verification error first mismatch at byte 0X0350

Oh, wow - I've never seen a receiver smoke before. Sounds like a bad receiver for sure.

Have you flashed the board once already? Why are you reflashing the board?

Sounds like you just need to bind the receiver to the tx. Have you gone through that process yet?

Yes i reflashed it a lot of times...

The reveiver is connected to my transmitter.

Do i have to remove the old firmware before putting on a new one?

If yes how do i do that?

It should overwrite whatever it is currently flashed with if it's working correctly. I did some research and this looks like a bug. Are you using the Hobbyking KK board?
