Try to share the image in google photos or use an image resizer app if sharing from phone to the forum here. Unfortunately the forum software doesn't do the resize (or at least not if the original is too big) so you have to resize yourself or share assets linked from somewhere else (believe small crew or one man show running the forum here, so there aren't a lot of resources/backing to host things beyond text).
There are lots of optional things when it comes to building stuff yourself so hard to say without seeing it what you're looking at, sounds like a PDB, but since you're saying already have that rules out not knowing what one is
Things needed to fly:
Transmitter/Controller, Corresponding Receiver
Receiver hooked up to FC, FC hooked up to ESCs
FC and ESCs getting proper input power either directly from battery/vbat or from regulators (most modern FCs will actually take vbat directly and act as PDB on top of being your FC)
Motors, batteries, props, frame
To add FPV to that:
camera + VTX (vid signal between them and power to each as required... if using OSD then vid signal goes out from cam into FC and out from FC into VTX)
video receiver/ground station or goggles with receiver built in or added on
Optional stuff I can think of right now (that is fairly common):
GPS
Compass
Barometer
Quad finder (vifly finder v2)
LEDs

Gotcha okay yah the white one looks like PDB to me maybe not needed if everything else can run off your battery voltage and/or your FC has voltage regulators to get the voltage your components need. The one on the frame already is 4 in 1 esc that controls power from the battery to motors and controls their speed, the FC sitting below it has the chip that takes receiver input and has a "IMU" chip that keeps track of what is level and how fast the frame/FC is rotating. The FC takes input from receiver plus those sensors to compute each motor speed then sends the motor throttle signals to the ESC which in turn ramps up or down the speed on motors.
TLDR you don't necessarily need the PDB but it might be useful if some component like cam or VTX can't run off vbat and your FC doesn't have a regulator that can power it.
