going with one of these frames
Q450 V3 Glass Fiber Quadcopter Frame 450mm - Integrated PCB Version
or S500 with pcb

motor whould these be good for either frame?
NTM Prop Drive 28-26 1000KV / 235W (short shaft version)
or
Turnigy Multistar 2216-800Kv 14Pole Multi-Rotor Outrunner


ESC
Afro ESC 30Amp Multi-rotor Motor Speed Controller (SimonK Firmware)

Turnigy 9X 9Ch Transmitter w/ Module & 8ch Receiver (Mode 1) (v2 Firmware)

What else would be good for this build/ is needed?

450mm so you only have room for 9'' props. So higher KV motors would be better suited. With the 1000Kv motors you can turn 9X4.7 props.
