Help! My Quad doesn't takeoff

My quad has flown twice till now but once I unplug power and re-power the quad it just acts up.

I saw in the Blackbox that it just spools up Motor 1 and 4 (by the way I am only increasing throttle here and not giving any extra inputs) whereas Motor 2 and 3 just slow down or don't keep up with the other two. I have tried everything to make it stop but nothing seems to work. I don't have any trims on my transmitter either. The motor direction and prop direction and correct also.

Quad specs: -

SP Racing F3

FS RX2A receiver

FS I6X Transmitter

35AMP BlHeli32 escs ReadyToSky

RS2205 2300KC motors ReadyToSky

please let me know if you need any images or footage of the quad.

Thank you.

Ok I was looking at some videos on how read the black box and found out that my I term for Yaw just doesn't want to stay at zero.

Good assessment on the yaw issue it does seem if those two motors diagonal each other spool up it's trying to counteract some yaw. Could be the FC is either too tightly mounted down or getting little vibrations from the frame, you might be able to correct it with some filter settings in the PID tab but may have to fiddle with the FC mounting (want "soft mount on screws" ideally with rubber mounts holding the FC to dampen vibrations from the frame/motors)

Also make sure props are tightly locked down if some are loose it could really be yawing in one direction and trying hard to stop that from happening by spooling up the two.

I found out that one of my esc's were faulty. It wasn't delivering a consistent power output and could never push the motor to full throttle. I went into betaflight explorer and was looking at blackbox and what ever I did the I term would be extremely high or low on the yaw. Thats when I tried to see if all motors were functioning well so I powered them up individually and found out that motor 4 could never stay at full throttle, it would spool up and slow down on its own. Then I had to make sure if it was a motor problem or esc problem.... I didn't have a spare motor so I just switched the motors on the quad to see if it would stay at max throttle and sure enough it didn't. At this point I was wondering how it flew and then I re-flashed the esc on blheli thats when the esc just starts working fine... UNTIL you unplug the battery.

Thank you for your response, really appreciate it : )
