help!motor spooling after esc calibration.

im running a naze 32 rev 6 with cleanflight and simonk 30A esc's. after i callibrated the esc's the motors wont spool as quickly but they still do, making the quad pitch forward or backwards. another thing ive noticed is that it will begin to spin at an exponential speed. i thought it might be my pid controller but playing with the values doesnt change (currently the pid is luxfloat with the deffault values). if anyone can tell me what the problem is and how to fix it i would be grateful. thank you.

Ok i have two drones doing the some thing dont know what to do put throttle at1200 and motors slowly speed up tried recalabrating esc,s but no help
