Ok Grandfather here with 12 year old grandson. We have a micro under $20 quad and had a lot of fun with it. Also have a JJRc H8C.. Also a blast. Has a camera but never attached it. Which brings me to my question.
I want a larger full sized machine like the Phantom but without the cost. Really only interested in flying not so much in photography. The X8W is only about 10.00 more than the X8C but has FPV. So different features is the choice.
The "W" does not have memory storage and I understand wifi has it own set of problems.
So.. want a larger more stable Quad but right now not interested in pictures. But this might change. However I don't really understand how you could do any aerial shots without seeing what the quad camera is seeing. As you can tell complete newbee...
So memory card model or wifi model??? Thanks
