Help, drone with a mind of its own

Power is coming on hard randomly, it’s a whoop that I’ll be hovering and suddenly it heads up fast it’s own. If I completely kill the throttle it stops and I can regain control then couple of seconds later it does the same thing again.

I can’t see anything wrong with any of the motors or props but I changed 3 of them anyway (that’s how many spares I had)

any ideas?
 
Need a lot more detail to make any good guesses, what model quad is it links ideally or images or links to images/video+model numbers. Generically speaking can check the mounting of the flight controller and see if it is too loose and shaking around or too tight and getting vibrations from motors into the gyro on FC that is throwing it off, if is some sort of betaflight based quad then potentially some configuration you can adjust as well.
