Heli-max 230 si won't upload pictures! Help!

Hey guys I have a 230 si quadcopter. We are trying to get the video and pictures to upload to a ipad2. But they won't.

Trying to upload the video it says it can not be completed, and shows up as av1.

And the pictures it just says no pictures to upload..
Anybody know what the problem could be??
 
Hi mate it may be the format of the video , use a converter and convert to an mp4 or m4v or mov format the ipad should be able to play that here is the spec of the video play back for a ipad2
