Well today was a good no wind day to keep doing my tests on this huge monster of a quad. If it didn't fold I would have no where to put it. lol.
Pi settings seemed best at 32. I gain was best at 12. I was amazed at how much anything would affect it. If I changed the settings just a tiny bit. It would act all different. Is it because of the large props and the 800 kv motors? I can get lift before half throttle and it seems to have room to want to lift more. I may try to buy some bigger props to see what this thing can do in the next experiments. I must admit I like 430 better than this beast. Oh during the test I found that two of props where not balanced and had to be sanded down. I will post more results when I get more no wind days.
