Got my DYS F4 installed, still having one small issue with it

So I finished installing the DYS F4 on my main, and favorite quad last night. Hooked it up to betaflight to flash the latest version of firmware just in case, then set everything up in configuration, setup osd etc..I spun up all 4 motors to make sure they were good (and all 4 did just fine.) Once I setup my flight modes and arm switch and saved everything all that was left was a test flight..which is where my problem presented itself. When I armed the quad only the 2 back motors spin, the front 2 (motors 2 & 4 I believe) wouldn't do anything, although they spin up just fine when commanded to in betaflight. Has anyone had or heard of an issue like this, or any suggestions as to what I should check? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm guessing you're using DShot ESC protocol? Increase idle speed (Have mine at 6.4)

My esc's do support dshot 600 yes, but no I'm not using it. I still run them on multishot.

What esc's are being used.
Are they bl-heli.
If so have you got the configuration tool on chrome. Or using bl-heli suite.
The minimum commands on the esc may be different. Try a gyro recalibration.
