FS-I6 with MultiWii 328p

I'm having trouble getting my receiver to communicate with MultiWii 328p. When I plug the esc into the receiver module, the motors spin right up, but when I plug them into the FC(MultiWii) they do nothing. I've defined the code in Arduino but am stuck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
