Foxeer OSD replacing betaflight OSD

FC: MAMBA F405 MK2 Betaflight Flight Controller
VTX: Rush Tank
Cam: Foxeer Predator V4 Mini Camera (1.8mm) (Red)

So I was upgrading my first build by switching out the camera and VTX so something a little fancier but I am now having trouble getting my original OSD back. The betaflight OSD worked fine before changing the VTX and camera out but now when I start up the quad I just get the FOXEER logo. Previously I had the same flight controller but the VID tab broke so I replaced it but with everything wired correctly (I think) I get video to the goggles but no betaflight OSD. Any troubleshooting tricks I can have a look at to get it sorted?
 
For anyone with this issue you can solve it by pressing the middle up and left buttons on your camera remote whilst plugging in the battery. Hold for a few seconds and this will turn off your FOXEER OSD and should allow your Betaflight OSD to work again. Found the answer in the comments section of a YouTube video so I hope this helps someone
 
I've got so many different cameras it's getting difficult to remember how they all work lol but usually both the camera and the bf osd will come through unless you turn one off.

P.S. It's not 2018 anymore, technology movies faster than I can keep up these days.
