I wanted to keep track of the flights & maintenance for my quad(s) wanted something simple and easy to use. Not a programed so I used a database app for Android called Memento Database available in Google Play Store.
If you would like to use or check it out you can download Memento DB here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luckydroid.droidbase then go to the template directory and look in Sports for Quad Log.
I also use Memento for my Fishing Journal. One of the features I like is I can make entries on my phone the sync it with Google sheets on Drive the sync my tablet so not only do I have a backup but I can also view/edit the data on the tablet and resync.
