Flight controller with "follow me" function

I have read a few threads and know the basics on frame, motors, esc, ect. I am stuck on the flight controller though. I am building a quadcopter to record video of off road sessions while driving my jeep. I would prefer to use a flight controller with autonomous, or follow me functions. I have seen some from DJI and am unsure what I really need. My budget is only $400 max, and I would also prefer to include a FPV transmitter/receiver setup within that budget. I have tried searching forums for Follow Me, but the search function does not allow less than three characters. Any help on flight controllers would be greatly appreciated.
PS. I am not great at programming so user friendly systems are best.
 
Thanks for the info, it sounds like all I need. I am thinking of purchasing the pnf version, so I can use the radio later when I decide to build another. I am not set on the FPV setup below, the FatShark seems more expensive, but I like the recording function, until I get a separate action cam.
