Flight controller recommendations

I have a DIY quad platform, motors, ESC's, props, and an interconnect board. I also have a Spektrum DX7 radio and receivers. What I need now is a flight controller with GPS.

Here is what I want to do and the features I would need:
  1. I want to do general flying. I am not a racer or photographer
  2. GPS for way point programming
  3. Headless mode (I am new at this and I am told that is easier to fly)
  4. Return mode
  5. Way point programming software
Nice to have features:
  1. Auto takeoff and landing
  2. Hover mode (example 3' off the ground)
  3. FPV option (for the future)
  4. It would be nice to have instructions in relatively good English
Can someone recommend a flight controller that meets these specs?
I can go up to $150 or maybe even $200

No racing, no fpv, no photography. With all this tech where is the fun. Relying on all this aswell without any proper flying experience can be dangerous. If anything goes wrong how you going to bring it home. Buy a cheap quad for doing some LOS if you can't already.

It's called an oh crap switch........

I love my cheap little quads! Crash em or lose em, just buy another one. I've got a couple grand sunk into my 650 Pro, but I'm still at the point that when I put it in the air my butt cheeks are clenched so tight that I could crack a walnut Bwahahaha
