First build

Hi all,

Here is my first build, I made the frame out of balsa (cos i had some and it easy to repair when i smash it)

when i learn to fly i will make a new on out of carbon fibre.

For now I'm running it on a tethered power supply (caravan 12v battery) need to save up for the charge and battery

just tried the controls and all seem to work (not flown yet Too late and kids in bed pesky kids )

just weighed the thing 606g (less battery) with a span of 650mm (25 inch)

Update,

took it out in the back garden this morning, was going well till it shot up and flipped over smashing one of its legs time for a repair and make some spares

hahaha, I have found that is is much better to make spares all at once rather than after a crash hahaha.

well a bit of gaffer tape and glue i had another go. I did manage to hover it for about 20 sec then flipped it

try again tomorrow
