will this have adequate thrust? and how do you calculate the thrust? also what components do i need to make it FPV later
 
I'd suggest these ESCs, they will run 2s - 6s and your motors will do 3s - 5s and that you get a battery with an XT60 connector. Your motors will do bigger props if you would wish them to. Overall though I'd say you have an excellent build.

Also if you are interested in adding FPV (fly a little LOS first) check this out.
Also you are probably going to want to get a toy grade like a Husban or Syma to fly before you put a few hundred dollars in the air.
 
also what is the thrust of my quadcopter
Put your parts (or the closest you can find) into the calculator, and then play around with it a little. It will teach you a lot on how different parts affect the build. NOTE: You may have to tweak the weight to not include drive and a few other things.
