First Build... Quad Violently flips over on take off...

Hello,
I just built my first quad and decided to make a test flight... Whenever I put in throttle my quad instantly flips over. I am using the integrated PCB on the quad frame. Also, is my battery powerful enough for my quad setup? Should I get better motors or ESC's?
Should I get better props? Can I support a GoPro with this setup? Is my quad setup a good one? If not what can I improve on and how?
My parts:

  • Q450 V3 Glass Fiber Quadcopter Frame
  • TURNIGY Plush 25amp Speed Controller
  • NTM Prop Drive Series 28-26A 1200kv
  • KK2.1HC
  • Turnigy 9x Reciever
  • Zippy Flight Max 40C 4s 1800mAh
  • Slowfly 8X4.5 Props

Please ask any questions on my setup or anything else you would like to know.
Thanks,

Hi mate which is the front? if it the 2 white legs then the fcb is facing the wrong way ? or is it one white leg one red leg
the battery need to be min 2200mah, 3300mah will be better
go for 10 inch prop will give you loads of lift
take the receiver off the top of the arm its to close the ESC , mount it on the bottom plate front or back
The KK 2.1.5 needs to be flashed with steveis 1.8s1pro its super stable and flys nice
the signal leads from the escs came be tucked in between top and bottom frame it will protect them more
recheck the kk has motor loaded for quad X if its an X when flying

Thanks so much for the response! To answer your question the orange props are the front and the black props are the back. Sorry if that was unclear.

Hi mate Ok then FCB is right ,i hope you dont mind me saying why didnt you have the same colour legs front makes it easy to see when up high you cant see the props when spinning
Did you check setting ? and can you flash KK

I have flashed my KK2.1 and done everything you guys have recommended but my quad is still flipping over. To be more specific the upper right (red arm orange prop) side goes up and the lower left (white arm black prop) side just stays on the ground. I have done every possible thing and nothing gave me improved results... Until I flipped the motor that was not getting off the ground with the one diagonal to it. This time it flipped the opposite direction. I have came to the conclusion that it is a problem with the motor or ESC. I am thinking of replacing my four motors and ESC's with the ones on this RTF quad: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/...adcopter_5X_Package_Mode_2_Ready_to_Fly_.html
Is that a good idea, are there any better motors or ESC's I can get?

Are all of the motors spinning the correct way (CW,CCW,CW,CCW)? If they are is the Rx plugged in correct? Your props appear to be on correctly(Cw and CCW alternating like motors.)

Yes, I have triple checked every possible thing that could be a variable in this problem and I have come to the conclusion that it is a problem with the motors or ESC's.

It is unlikely that the problem is with multiple ESCs, is there just one motor acting up? If this is the case swap two ESCs at a time to see if it flips to the opposite side, if you do this you can find which ESC is the problem. If you think all four are bad then it would mean an entire "batch" was probably bad. Check reviews to see if this were the case. If all of that does not fix it could it be the flight controller?

EDIT
What if the Rx were hooked up wrong?
Example: Throttle to Aileron

If you could post a video of it at start up without props fitted then with props on it might help ! Have you minimum throttle set to 20 ? I found on my turnigy 2 motors didn't spool up on start up correctly leading to the quad wanting to flip forward
