First build, parts selected, feedback please

Building my first quad, and I finally have everything selected (I think). One thing I'm not clear on is if I need BEC or any line filters.

I know that the RotorGeek 2350kv motors probably aren't right for this build, I had selected them first when I was planning a 330mm frame. Can't find a 330mm frame that's not an X, and not plastic, so I've opted for the QAV400 frame from Lumeniere.

So here is my parts list. With everything here it's about a $1000 build. Phew!

Am I painting myself into any corners?

The Ublox module isn't compatible with the SP Racing F3, it's for APM based FCs like the Pixhawk, Pixfalcon, etc. For a build this size and being your first build, personally I'd go with a GPS flight Controller - specifically the Naza-M V2. They're selling for pretty cheap now.

What FC software does that run? I can't find it listed online. I planned to use Cleanflight. Is it a proprietary DJI FC?

I'm just saying that particular unit isn't compatible. If you go to the Painless 360 series on the SP Racing F3 EVO, video #6 of the series shows the GPS setup

Still confused. In that video he uses a Ublox 8 GPS module. Isn't that the same as what I selected? I think my problem is I don't know much about GPS modules or what the codes mean.
