First build parts help

Hi,

I'm totally new to quadcopters but want to build my own and have been looking online at different guides and searching for different parts on hobbyking. I would like to build something cheap to start off with but with room to expand it in the future.
I would eventually like it to have a range of up to 2km, flight time of 10 minutes at least and FPV.

This is a list of the parts I was thinking about buying to start off:

Battery:

Flight controller:

Transmitter and receiver:

I am wondering would this be a good build to start off with or if someone could offer me alternate suggestions for parts it would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Your battery isa bit small, both in capacity and amp output(55-amps_supply:60-amps_draw). This has a amp output of 52amp/105amp output, they sell both a 3S2P and a 3S1P version of the same battery hahaha

I'd suggest you get the 3S1P one as it is a little lighter and skinnier.

Other than that everything looks pretty good, have you considered gettting the KK2.1.5 or APM?
