First build Made 1 nice flyer from 2 crap toy quads

Hi let me first tell you I have only been "playing" with quads about a year and on a low ISH budget I have had lots of sub £100 toys from syma x5 n x8 mjx 101 and x 600 hubsan h507 ,h502and list box bo n on lol and am just learning what's what .
I had a sky king 3.7v X5 sized and something called a viper pro (off a shopping chanal) it's a big very similar to. A syma x 8 he but can move can up n down from control both

only cost around£25 I ripped the circuit board on small one hot glued the bigger one in I used everything off the sky king but main control board and motors the sky king had coreless 8mm 1cell motors n viper 2 cell I just happened to have a spare set of motors for my mjx x 600 that's a 2cell quad so used them used heat shrink on wires I cut n just lashed it together with tape "please I no it was only something I was messing with" don't hate on me i used the 2cell mjx 1000mah that's half the size as the viper ...syma x 8 battery I weighed my mjx 600 everything on gards and so on it was just over 300g this surprised me (two Syma x8 7.4v 2000mah was 200g ) n my new,old mash-up quad 200g so I guess motors should be ok
I had it out got 12 min flight and that was flying it hard to find weekness in it alot faster and resposive and agile then any of the 2 it's made from. I know motors will have a short life I don't mind this
Think I could get better props not longer shape or pitch maybe??????? Please advise x
This has got me thinking if I could do this with 2 i had was more chance and luck
just imagine what I could build with all your expert opinions and help with picking the right stuff SO PLEASE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SPECK YOUR MIND THOUGHTS OPINIONS HELP ADVICE THANK U
