First build kit did not include instructions (ESC to Flight Controller Connections)

Hello all,

I recently purchased my first build kit - the Roto Riot Racer DIY Kit (https://rotorriot.com/collections/build-your-own-fpv-drone/products/rotor-riot-race-build-diy-kit).

After asking for instructions I did not receive them. Im trying to use the included ports to make a cable from "HGLRC Dinoshot 40a 4in1 ESC" to the "T-motor FC F4"

ESC to Flight Controller connections:
CRNT to CNT (2nd from bottom)
S2 to 2
S4 to 4
S1 to 1
S3 to 3
- to -
BAT to +

Unknowns / Remaining
Remaining ports on ESC
- “TXD”
Remaining Ports on FC
- “-“
- NC
-RX4
Can anyone double check to make sure these are correct and where do these remaining ports go?

Thank you all.

Connect the TX from the ESC to the RX on the FC. You can pull the extra "-" wire, and don't have to worry about NC (not connected) as there's no wire there.

TX is transmit. Not sure about the "D", but would guess data. RX is receive, and the 4 refers to the UART. So the ESC is transmitting, and the FC is receiving.
It sucks rotor riot doesn't have the correct manual for it.

Thanks for your help. Yea, I asked in the order comments for instructions and they just said they don't have them. Makes a first time assembly fairly intimidating.

If you're really bored, I posted a question about the Camera - FC and VTX - FC questions haha. (http://quadcopterforum.com/threads/vtx-fc-and-camera-connection.22503/)

Either way,

Thanks BadFish
