First build... Having Problems

Hey,
I recently just finished my first quadcopter build but there seems to be a problem. Every time I try to take of my quad violently flips over. I decided to investigate the problem and decided to strip my frame of all the electronics. I used an RPM meter to measure the speed of all the motors and they are all different! I try testing each motor on a different ESC but they are never the same. What should I do?!? Also if there are any problems or possible upgrades in my setup please do let me know!
I also want to get a new frame for FPV, any recomendations?
Setup
KK2 HC
Turnigy Plush 25 Amp ESC
28-26 1200kv Propdrive
Zippy 1800 40C 4S Battery

Thanks,
IndianMessi

Hi mate first thing is to make sure the right motors are plugged into the right pins on FCB m1 in m1 slot, then calibrate esc , also check FCB is mounted right way up and round , are props on the right way for motors , are motors spinning right way , front left cw front right ccw, back left ccw back right cw
Now i see you have the kk2.1.5 well the Hard case one it still the same board , the firmware it comes with is not good you need to flash it with Steveis kk2.1 v1.18S1 this is a very nice stable firmware for the kk your have less problems flying on this , the hk firmware has lots of flight problems and will make you crash a lot

Hi IndianMessi, if and when you fix it ,put on here what it was and how you fixed it,it help newbies when they have the same problem
