This is my first quadcopter project, and I'm having some problems with my hobbyking multi-rotor control board v3.0, I've already tested my radio with the esc's and everything works fine, but when I try to connect everything to the control board it doesn't work, the board makes some startup sound but the motors don't spin at all. I'd like to know if I need to upload anything to my control board, I thought it already came programmed.

This is my set up:

4 Props- 10x4.5 SF Props Black CW (2pc) CCW (pc)
4 -Qbrain 20A ESC's
4 - D2822/17 Brushless Outrunner 1100kv
1 HobbyKing 6ch 2.4ghz Transmitter and receiver (Mode 2)
1- HobbyKing Multi-Rotor Control Board V3.0 (Atmega 328 PA)
1 - Zippy 3000 mAh 3S Lipo Pack

Thanks

There is typically an "arming" sequence you need to perform on the tx radio. Usually it's something like, move both sticks to lower right. You should address this question to the HobbyKing forum, AND the discussion under your flight controller's page on their sales site. YouTube is another good source. This person got it working -- try posting questions below the video:
(ignore that this imbecile is doing a first run-up test in BARE FEET)
And on the HobbyKing site, "...The Atmega328PA IC unit then processes these signals according the users installed software and passes control signals to the installed Electronic Speed Controllers (ESCs)..." This sounds suspiciously like it runs on software YOU load into the thing. Somebody has no doubt figured this out though, so good luck.
