Nice but to some ( me!) seems bit pricey when converted to AU$ - after all saving on a decent Tx...

The review covers everything - but my first thoughts when I saw it had no Tx - its not easy to see even a mini iPad screen in sunlight conditions and the hoods are not always adequate ( at least the freebie from the dealer when picked up my P3P aint.

I agree. Using a smart phone or pad has to be distracting. It forces you to take your eye's of the quad far too much. Good ol' analog control sticks let you keep your eye on the prize. I have trashed more than one quad after looking away for just a second.
