Hi guys, I just bought a ominus today (used, but they said it was in "perfect" condition). First, I charged the battery and then I went outside to fly it. When I turned it on, I took like 5 minutes to calibrate so i could fly it- that was not the only problem. The main prob. is 2 of the motors make this horrible grinding sound :( and it wont stop until I stop giving it power. I know this is not normal, but do you have an idea on how to fix it? Also, how long does the battery last and how long to charge? Thank you so much!
 
Just saw this thread and hopefully by now you fixed the problem. Sounds to me like the motor gear teeth and the propeller drive gear aren't meshing properly. Check the motor mount to insure the it is holding the motor in place securely and properly. Check the gap between the motor drive gear and the propeller drive gear.
