Do I have a bad ESC?

So I got everything put together and set up correctly on my first build. Took it out for a couple flights and it worked great! I'm hooked.

But then.... I had a small crash. Nothing big but I think only of my propellers may have hit my esc. Didn't think much of it until I went to go fly.

When I arm my quad, all 4 motors start up and seem fine. When I start to give it throttle though they all kind of go crazy but it seems to be motor 3 (back left) that is giving me the issue. It will even periodically stop!

I went to BetaFlight and recalibrated the FC and motors. Still nothing.

I took a video to help show what it's doing.

Could I have a bad ESC?

Might rotate the ESC with the one beside it and test it with no props to see if either does not spin. It might be a wire broke off in the motor. But you should see whether it is the ESC or motor by switching the two out with the one beside it.

I had pretty much the same problem but it was the motor. Put tape or heartstrings around esc so if any marks you know it been hit.

I flip flopped motors 2 and 3 and still had the same problem. Led me to believe it was the ESC so I ordered new ones.

New ESC showed up today. I opened up the heat shrink on the old one and a little metal piece fell out. So I thought, "perfect, that's the problem!"

Soldered in the new ESC, threw in a fully charged 3S battery, recalibrated the ESC's and got everything good to go. Put the props back on and went to test.

It hovered good for about 4 seconds, then motor 3 started cutting out again. I cleared out the blackbox and did it again to see if it would cut out and it keeps doing it. Attached is the black box with the new ESC installed. I'm at a loss now. Will take any suggestions.

Can you take the props off of the motors, then connect the bottom left motor to the Rx on channel 3(or whichever your throttle is). Then you idle the motor just a little over where it spins (full throttle could damage the motor without a prop). Then kinds wiggle the wires with your finger as they go into the base of the motor?

Then could you also upload your betaflight profile that is loaded onto the quad, just want to verify the motor layout.
