DJI Phantom FC40 Discontinued and a good deal :)

I just got a local store's last DJI Phantom FC40 Demo Unit at a super price and had a couple of questions about it. I am going to use this as a backup to my Phantom 2 Vision+ (v.3)
Besides batteries, the lesser camera quality(w/no gimbal), and not having the ability to set waypoints is there much of a difference between the two?

As I get to fly both of these more I am sure I will find out, but I was wondering, before I take off my FC40 if there are differences that I should be aware of?

No mate go for it, just got my wife the Phantom 1 as this is what she wanted they are all good, the only let down was the range of the WI-FI for the camera to the smart phone
